By engaging in business with us, placing orders, or using our services, you ("Customer," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

4. Order Process and Terms

4.1 Quotation Validity

All quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue, subject to raw material price fluctuations.

4.2 Order Confirmation

Orders become binding upon written confirmation from our company and receipt of required advance payment.

4.3 Customization

We offer customization services for appearance, functionality, and electrical circuits. Additional terms may apply for custom orders.

5. Payment Terms

Standard Terms: 30% advance payment, 70% against BL copy
Payment Methods: T/T (Wire Transfer), L/C at sight
Currency: USD or as agreed in contract
Late Payment: 1.5% monthly interest on overdue amounts

6. Delivery and Risk Transfer

6.1 Delivery Terms

Standard delivery terms: FOB Fuzhou Port, China. Other Incoterms available upon agreement.

6.2 Production Time

Standard products: 30-40 working days. Custom products: 40-60 working days from order confirmation.

6.3 Risk Transfer

Risk transfers to buyer upon delivery according to agreed Incoterms.

7. Warranty

7.1 Warranty Period

12 months from delivery date or 1,000 running hours, whichever comes first.

7.2 Warranty Coverage

Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship
Free repair or replacement of defective parts
Technical support and guidance

7.3 Warranty Exclusions

Normal wear and tear, misuse, unauthorized modifications, or damage due to external factors.

8.1 Support Availability

24/7 technical support response within 24 hours via email, phone, or online consultation.

8.2 Service Commitment

We provide comprehensive after-sales service and assume responsibility for legitimate claims.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1 Maximum Liability

Our total liability shall not exceed the contract value of the specific product involved.

10.2 Excluded Damages

We shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits or business interruption.

11. Intellectual Property

All technical documentation, designs, and proprietary information remain our intellectual property. Customer agrees not to reproduce, reverse engineer, or distribute such information without written consent.

12. Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, war, pandemic, or material shortages.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

13.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.

13.2 Dispute Resolution

Disputes shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation. If unsuccessful, disputes shall be submitted to arbitration in Fuzhou, China.

14. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms with 30 days' written notice. Continued business relationship constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.
